1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be applicable to the following services:

• Web Hosting Plans – Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Business Email Services – Refunds are available within 30 days if the service has not been actively used.
• Unused Add-On Services – Additional services like SSL certificates and website backups may be refunded if not activated.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once purchased:

• Domain Registrations & Renewals – Domains cannot be refunded after registration.
• Transferred Domains – Domains transferred to SiteWizard are final and non-refundable.
• Used Hosting & Email Plans – Once actively used beyond 30 days, refunds are not available.
• Gift Cards & Promotional Credits – Cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team at support@sitewizard.in with your order details and proof of purchase.
• If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Partial refunds may be granted if a service has been partially used but still qualifies.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

• Contact your credit card provider (refund processing times may vary).
• Contact your bank for any delays in processing.

5. Service Exchanges & Plan Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade your hosting or email plan:

• Any balance from the original plan may be credited toward the new purchase.
• Hosting plan changes can be made within the first 30 days, subject to availability.
